The Leo is pleased to offer apartments in accordance with the City of Chicago Affordable Requirements Ordinance (ARO). To qualify for this program, all applicants must not exceed the City of Chicago Income Limits of 60% AMI (Area Median Income) per the respective number of persons living in the home. For availability or information on applying, please fill out the form.
For Studios, the income limit to qualify for an ARO unit is:
- 1 occupant - $46,380
- 2 occupants - $52,980*
For 1 Bedrooms, the income limit to qualify for an ARO unit is:
- 1 occupant - $46,380
- 2 occupants - $52,980*
- 3 occupants - $59,580*
For 2 Bedrooms, the income limit to qualify for an ARO unit is:
- 1 occupant - $46,380
- 2 occupants - $52,980*
- 3 occupants - $59,580*
- 4 occupants - $66,180*
